This is a remote role. 

The Vice President of Business Sales, will have the primary ownership of Sales and Sales Marketing strategy for the company.  This position will be responsible for owning all steps of the lead generation and sourcing process, sales presentations, contract negotiations, closing, and implementation start up.  They will work closely with our owners and our VP of Operations and VP of Support Operations to build new business. They will initiate and help form our sales marketing strategies with new and unique ideas. The ideal candidate will not be afraid of getting in the weeds at a sourcing level, but has the ability to form sales and marketing strategies with input from executive team. This person will be eager to grow business quickly and ethically, with a passion for people and teamwork. Currently an individual contributor with potential to grow a team as needs arise.

This role will be responsible for executing new sales contracts by :

  • Collaborating with other leaders to develop marketing and lead generation plans
  • Sourcing new business leads
  • Connecting with new customers and delivering needs based product information
  • Traveling up to 20% for conferences and other industry events
  • Creating, managing and presenting reports to teams along with recommendations for improvement and success

What you bring to the role:

  • A proven track record of business to business sales
  • The ability to analyze customers business needs and design our solutions that meet them
  • Strong persuasive presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in business technology; databases, call center systems, business software, Office suite
  • Bachelors degree
  • Success with social media marketing and lead generation

Specific years and contracts specifics are less important to the role than the strategic thinking and desire to grow our clients and grow with us.  We want someone who wants to work for a great company culture, and is hungry to succeed together.

  • Base salary of $140k to $200k depending on experience.  Quick growth if on the lower end of base.
